When registering
For registration in our game we collect the following data:
- Username
- Email address
- Password (stored in encrypted form)
- IP address at the time of registration
This data is stored for the duration of your account use and deleted after your account is closed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

To protect against spam and abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms. This service checks whether data is entered by a human or by automated machine processing.
When using reCAPTCHA, various information is transmitted to Google, including:

- Information about the operating system, browser and screen resolution

We offer a Discord server as an optional communication channel for our community. Via Discord you can communicate with other players, receive support and participate in community events.
When you join our Discord server, the following data is processed by Discord:

- Profile picture
- Messages and shared content

The use of Discord is voluntary. The legal basis for the processing of this data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may leave our Discord server at any time.
