Training

Strengthen your attributes through targeted training and become more powerful.

Overview

Choose an attribute (Strength, Speed, etc.) and an intensity level.
Training consumes stamina and takes a certain amount of time.
On completion you receive training points for the chosen attribute. On a breakthrough you receive a bonus.
During training you are busy and cannot start any other activities.

Intensity levels

Light
20 Min 15 Stamina
Multiplier: 0.75× Injury risk: 0% Breakthrough: 3%
Normal
40 Min 30 Stamina
Multiplier: 1.0× Injury risk: 0% Breakthrough: 7%
Intense
60 Min 50 Stamina
Multiplier: 1.5× Injury risk: 5% Breakthrough: 12%
Extreme
90 Min 75 Stamina
Multiplier: 2.5× Injury risk: 15% Breakthrough: 20%

Breakthrough

A breakthrough occurs randomly at the end of training. When it happens, you receive a significantly higher bonus to the trained attribute than usual.

Higher intensity = higher breakthrough probability.

Injury risk

From Intense upward there is an injury risk. An injury can temporarily incapacitate you or reduce your attributes.

Light and normal training are injury-free.

Stamina

Stamina is consumed by training and regenerates passively over time.
You can also rest to restore stamina faster.
Without enough stamina you cannot start training.

Limits & Bonuses

Training is the steady grind — but deliberately capped so stats stay tied to your level and PvP stays fair. For targeted, uncapped growth there are Talents.

Level cap (hard cap)
Training cannot raise an attribute above a level-dependent cap. Level up to raise the cap.
Diminishing Returns
Training the same attribute multiple times on the same day yields less per session — alternate attributes.
Streak bonus
If you train the same attribute on consecutive days, you get a bonus from a streak onward.
Beginner Pace
At low levels, training (and travel/resting) runs much faster so the start is brisk.
